Implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development (MADS) with UNCTAD and UNITAR on the eRegistrations platform, the GHG Emissions Reporting Service (ROE) lets companies calculate, submit and download emissions reports fully online, alongside capacity building for national officials.
