A national eRegulations portal (Daleel) documenting business procedures step by step, improving transparency for entrepreneurs in Jordan.
Implemented by Jordan's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supplies with support from UNCTAD, UNITAR and ESCWA, the project built a bilingual (Arabic/English) national portal, Daleel, guiding users step by step through business procedures, and streamlined the home-based food processing registration process alongside official training for government staff.
