Implemented by the One-Stop Business Facilitation Centre under Lesotho's Ministry of Trade, Industry, Business Development and Tourism, with World Bank financing through the CAFI Project and UNCTAD technical assistance, the project modernizes the Business Licensing and Registration Act, 2019 implementation with end-to-end online services for incorporation, amendments, licensing and deregistration, government system interoperability, and digital certificates with QR codes and a searchable public registry.
