The eJraat portal provides bilingual guidance on business registration procedures in Libya, alongside an online company registration prototype, funded by the European Union with Expertise France.
Working with the Libyan Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Commercial Registry Authority and the General Information Authority, the project used the eRegulations system to publish procedures online and reduce bureaucratic hurdles, launching the bilingual eJraat portal, training government officials on the eRegistrations platform, and developing an online company registration prototype.
