Week 1: Discover & simplify. Map the existing procedure end to end — actors, documents, fees, decision points — then redesign it with UNCTAD facilitators to remove unnecessary steps before any of it is built.
Week 2: Build & launch. Configure the simplified procedure as a live digital service on the eRegistrations no-code platform: forms, workflow, roles, notifications and certificates, tested with real sample cases by the end of the week.
